How does your design process work? First, we discuss your needs, target audience and intentions. Next, we review what you can expect from us and what we need from you. Once we have collected ample information to define your project, targent audience, intentions and competion, we are able to brainstorm ideas to meet your needs. The best ideas are developed into comprehensive roughs and presented to you for review. Then, the selected idea is refined into a polished design and presented to you in the best delivery method.

We generally turn around a project in a few days provided the client works with us to achieve milestones in a timely fashion. More complex jobs such as an ad campaign, brochure or catalog design can take a few weeks. We outline estimated turnaroud at the time you provide us with information to determine the scope of required work to complete your job.

How do I place an order for design services? You can call us at 1-856-313-0548 or email us at info@callendesign.com. We will respond to your inquiries no later than 24 business hours from the point of contact, but generally in a few hours. Once we agree upon rates and services, you sign a service agreement so work can move forward on your project..

How do I check on my job's progress ? We will provide progress updates as often as you want. As a given, we provide progress updates through approval and signoff processes. We present a timeline during the initial project stages and adapt the timeline if needed.
